Field Surveyors

Immediate openings in our Boulder and Colorado Springs offices. Positions require 5+ years progressive experience performing ALTA / boundary surveys, topographic and improvement surveys, performing construction staking, and preparing requisite survey computations and calculations. Experience with GPS, robotics, and conventional survey technologies.

Successful applicants will be integral team members with excellent pay commensurate with qualifications, experience, and proven performance.

Brian Charland winning 2016 Rochester NY Turkey Trot
Drexel Barrell Engineer Brian Charland (left) on his way to winning the 2016 Webster Turkey Trot in Rochester, NY. This was Brian's 11th consecutive year running the race, and he finished with a 5:16 minute per mile pace in a pack of over 4,500 runners.

Brian placed 80th overall in the Bolder Boulder in 2016 and 112th in 2017 with nearly 50,000 entrants in each race. On August 19, 2018, Brian finished 51st overall (of 723) in the Pikes Peak Marathon with a time of 5:18:46. He holds the rank of Captain in the US Army Reserves and recently completed a 9-month tour of duty in the Middle East. Thanks for your service Brian!
